Patrick Mahomes' Offseason Transformation Is Blowing Up Online
By Angelo Guinhawa,

Several NFL fans are concerned about Patrick Mahomes' current shape.
In a video that is now going viral, the star quarterback appeared to be slightly bigger as he headed to the Kansas City Chiefs' OTAs. Fans took notice, with many mentioning that he's " severely out of shape ."
It is worth noting that Mahomes was never a muscular guy. To recall, Mahomes also went viral earlier in the year after a shirtless photo of him rocking his dad bod in the locker room surfaced online.
The Chiefs star has no problem with his physique, and the Chiefs faithful haven't been too concerned about it as well as long as he delivers them wins.
But with the Chiefs aiming for a three-peat in 2024, Mahomes' body and conditioning have once again become a hot topic.
"What is this build," a commenter wrote on the Chiefs' video of Mahomes. "Dad bod in full flow," another one said.
"Bro could really benefit from some cardio," a critic added. Another X user joked, "Got that offseason build. My boy was in Texas eating good!"
Of course there are others who defended Mahomes. After all, since he's coming from the offseason, it's normal for him to be slightly bigger than he used to. Not to mention that his build has been like that since the beginning anyway.
"Mahomes still has his dad bod. I love it. The man has won 75% of the Super Bowls that this organization has won in its history. He can do whatever he wants," a supporter noted.

Patrick Mahomes has plenty of time to get back to game shape, so Chiefs fans have nothing to worry about. Besides, the QB is no longer new to the demands of a season and he knows very well what he's doing.
