The Kansas City Chiefs still could use some help in their wide receiver room despite drafting the fastest wide receiver in the class , and possibly the fastest in the league, after an impressive NFL Combine, in Xavier Worthy.

With the uncertainty surrounding Rashee Rice , the Chiefs could use another guy. They signed Hollywood Brown this offseason, drafted Worthy, and have Rice. With those three, the Chiefs have a great young group of receivers. However, they still need more.

The Chiefs Kingdom is abuzz with speculation about who the Chiefs might sign to further fortify their wide receiver room. The names of Michael Thomas and Treylon Burks have been circulating, sparking excitement and anticipation among the fans. However, recent news suggests that the team may have other plans in mind, adding an element of intrigue to the situation.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Chiefs are visiting with free agent wide receiver Zay Jones on Thursday. Jones was formerly with the Jacksonville Jaguars but was released when they drafted Brian Thomas Jr.

Jones is a guy that makes a ton of sense for the Chiefs and a guy who can score in the end zone. He dealt with injuries last season ton, as well as a legal issue , but he still had nearly 400 receiving yards and two touchdowns in seven games on a bad offense.

The year prior, Jones had 800 receiving yards and five touchdowns. The Chiefs should try getting him in red and gold as soon as possible.
