Root’d Design Studio: New Brand, Familiar Name
In 2010, a couple of years after relocating to Park City from Ohio, Melissa Crotty opened a chic home decor boutique named Root’d. The popular store occupied two different locations on Main Street for a number of years, but as the interior design side of her business began to grow, Crotty closed the boutique and opened Crotty Collaborative Design Group (CCDG). This year, Crotty decided to return to where it all started: She rebranded CCDG and opened Root’d Design Studio in Newpark. “Releasing our new branding came with a new website, a new space, and a new vibe,” she explains. “It felt like the perfect opportunity to share something fresh with the community all at once.”

Midway planning commission set to discuss Ameyalli final approval
Midway leaders granted preliminary approval to the next phase of the resort’s construction plans in April, and now the plans are en route to final approval.
