Artspace 304 to host live jazz concert
CARBONDALE, Ill. (KFVS) - Artspace 304 will be hosting Ralph Hepola for a live jazz concert on Thursday, May 23. According to a release from Artspace 304, Hepola received a grant from the John Stites Jazz Awards of Michigan to fund his summer tour of jazz music, celebrating America’s musical art form. As a musician who plays the language of contemporary jazz on the tuba, Hepola is focused on a new and innovative approach, expanding the audience for jazz, and celebrating diverse national and international influences on the music.
