Police investigating after vehicle reported stolen from SEMO parking lot
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Police are investigating after a vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot near the Southeast Missouri State University campus. According to an alert from SEMO Department of Public Safety sent to students, the theft was reported on Monday, April 22 at 6:01 a.m. They said three men took the vehicle from the parking lot on Henderson Avenue, across the street from Vandiver Hall.
Man arrested after lengthy chase in stolen car
MINER, MO (KBSI) — On Friday, April 19th officers with the Miner Police Department assisted the Scott County Sheriff’s Office with a pursuit of a stolen car. The driver of the stolen car, later identified as Terry Davis of Bloomfield, refused to stop for the deputy who was trying to pull him over. Davis instead led the deputy on a high-speed chase.
