Johnstown man sentenced for conspiring to sell cocaine

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Johnstown man will spend the next half-decade behind bars for conspiring to sell cocaine.

Clinton Dudley, 36, was sentenced in federal court on Wednesday to 60 months in prison, followed by four years of supervised release after being convicted of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.

In and around August 2021, Dudley knowingly, intentionally and unlawfully attempted to sell 500 grams or more of cocaine, according to the Department of Justice.
