The Tuscarawas County Art Guild will showcase more than 100 works by local and regional artists during its 11th annual Fall Art Exhibit and Competition in New Philadelphia. The opening reception is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts, 461 Robinson Drive SE, according to a community announcement.
