Ohio man arrested with suspected methamphetamine and cocaine during traffic stop
NOBLE COUNTY, Ohio — An Ohio man is facing several drug-related charges after a traffic stop yields 8.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine. According to the Noble County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Baker conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by 40-year-old Jason Wilson of Marietta.

St. Clairsville, OH — St. Clairsville, OH-The 8th Annual Jerry's Walk took place today at the St. Clairsville Memorial for Suicide Awareness. Participants could walk, sign up for the auction, donate a suicide pinwheel for someone they may have lost, or talk with different mental health experts from Belmont County and the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation to get resources in the community.
Woman charged in fatal boat club crash released on bond
MONROE — The woman charged with crashing her car into a Monroe County boat club Saturday afternoon, killing two children and injuring at least 13 other people at a birthday party, was released from the Monroe County Jail Thursday. Jail officials confirmed Marshella Chidester, 66, was released after posting 10 percent of her $1.5 million bond. Ms. Chidester is charged with two counts of second-degree murder from operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of operating while intoxicated, causing death, and four counts of operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury. She faces life in prison if convicted of the murder charges.
