State police charge man in 'officer-involved' shooting incident
CHAUMONT, New York (WWNY) - State police charged a 68 year Chaumont man Friday for allegedly threatening Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies with a knife. Brian Countryman was charged with two counts of menacing a police officer, a felony, and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.

Taylor, 55, of Gouverneur, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville).
