    Jasper invites people to take train rides to a Bombers game

    HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Jasper city officials invite people to climb aboard the Spirit of Jasper Train for a trip to the Bombers baseball game on June 22.

    Officials say the train will depart from Jasper Depot at 5 p.m. EST and pizza will be served enroute to Huntingburg and the cars will be climate-controlled. Officials note there will be a cash bar available onboard.

    Public invited to give input on English Parks revitalization

    Jasper officials say when the game ends, the train will return guests to the Jasper Depot. The cost is $50 per person which includes train tickets, game tickets and pizza. Game tickets will be distributed enroute to the stadium.

    Jasper officials provide update on $10M pool and summer programs

    Officials with the Jasper Park and Recreation Department say these rides will happen twice – once on June 22 and once on July 13.

    Tickets can be purchased online . The Jasper Train Depot is located at 201 Mill Street in Jasper. For more information, people can call Jasper Park and Recreation at (812) 482-5959.
