Initiative seeks to repeal portions of law that help reduce energy carbon emissions
OLYMPIA, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Backers hope to get another initiative on the November ballot aimed at hobbling recently passed state law. The Seattle Times reports they’ve begun gathering signatures for Initiative 2066. It would repeal parts of a bill passed this year that would help Puget Sound Energy (PSE) reduce carbon emissions. Supporters of the initiative said it will keep natural gas available to customers.
Stalker tried to kidnap Bothell teen in front of parents, court docs say
