Lawmaker discusses speed camera pilot program
Could speed cameras be used in select Minnesota cities? State lawmakers are considering a bill that would launch a pilot program in Minneapolis and Mendota Heights. The bill has been through several changes over the past year when it was first proposed to allow speed cameras across the state. Senator Zaynab Mohamed is the sponsor of the bill and stopped by the FOX 9 morning news to discuss the pilot project.

DULUTH, Minn – Duluth Police Chief Mike Ceynowa was one of four Minnesota law enforcement officers to appear with Senator Amy Klobuchar (D) who spoke about the fentanyl crisis. The online event was designed to raise awareness of the increasing dangers of fentanyl. It has been involved in 92 percent of overdose deaths in Minnesota.

MINNEAPOLIS — A passenger on a Delta flight from Minnesota to Hawaii was removed on Friday night, causing a two-hour delay for the rest of the plane. According to Delta, Flight 435 was diverted to San Francisco Friday due to an "unruly passenger." In a statement, Delta apologized to customers for the disruption.
