City of Spartanburg to start using kiosks in parking garages
SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The City of Spartanburg announced that in June, parking garages in the city will start using kiosks to collect payments for parking. Officials explained that with the new kiosks, drivers will take a ticket as they enter the garages and later scan the same ticket as they leave to pay using a debit or credit card.
