Revitalizing America's Industrial Legacy: The Rebirth of Historic Mills
The small town of Arcadia, SC, exemplifies a remarkable transformation that's sweeping across the United States—the repurposing of historic textile mills into modern mixed-use spaces. At the heart of this change is the Arcadia Mill, once the pulsing vein of the town's economy, founded by Dr. Henry Arthur Ligon in 1923.
