Courtland man accused of credit card fraud
OXFORD – A Panola County man has been arrested in connection with the fraudulent use of a credit card at an Oxford business. Oxford police responded to a business in the 2200 block of Jackson Avenue May 3 to take a report on credit card fraud. An individual from out of state called the business regarding a charge on their card at that location. After a brief investigation, Ladarius Wren, 31, of Courtland, was arrested for credit card fraud.

Memphis rapper Jucee Froot, whose real name is Terrica Alexander, is facing a serious legal battle after being indicted on a felony drug charge, authorities in DeSoto County, Mississippi, disclosed. The charge, involving 8.96 grams of psilocybin, colloquially known as magic mushrooms, follows a traffic stop by deputies on August 11, 2022, where Alexander, 29, was a passenger in a GMC Yukon. WREG reported the indictment Wednesday.
