Humboldt County Crash Claims Two Lives
(Humboldt County, Iowa) Two people died in a pickup/Utility vehicle crash in Humboldt County. The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 5:18 p.m. on Saturday at 170 Street and Michigan Avenue. According to State Police, 43-year-old Theodore Joseph Prenger and 56-year-old Teresa Ann Prenger, both from Dakota City, Iowa, died in the crash. Terry Dean George, 63, of Hardy, Iowa, suffered injuries in the crash.
2 dead after UTV crash in north central Iowa
ARNOLD, Iowa — Two people were killed and one injured Saturday evening when a pickup truck crashed into a UTV in rural Humboldt County. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Theodore Prenger and Teresa Prenger, of Dakota City, were riding a UTV south on Michigan Avenue north of Humboldt around 5:15 p.m. The UTV failed to stop at the intersection with 170th Street, where Terry George, of Hardy, was driving southbound in a 2004 Ford F-250. The truck struck the passenger side of the UTV.

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Iowa — Two people are dead after the UTV they were in pulled out in front of a pickup Saturday evening. The Iowa State Patrol says 63-year-old Terry George of Hardy was driving on 170th Street in Humboldt County when a UTV driven by 43-year-old Theodore Prenger of Dakota City pulled into George's path from Michigan Avenue, causing George to slam into the side of the UTV.

The Iowa State Patrol says a 2021 Polaris Utility Vehicle operated by 43-year-old Theodore Prenger of Dakota City was traveling south when it failed to stop and yield the right of way at the intersection where it was struck on the passenger side by the front end of an eastbound 2004 Ford F250 pickup truck driven by Terry George of Hardy.
