REALTORS Association of Maui: How home prices on Maui have changed since April 2023

HONOLULU (KHON2) — According to the REALTORS Association of Maui, single-family home and condominium sales prices are on the rise in Maui.

The new analysis revealed that single-family home prices have risen by 16.9% and condo prices rose by 8.4% in comparison to April 2023.

According to officials, almost 70 single-family homes were sold in April 2024 with a median sales price of $1.3 million.

This differs from the 58 sales made in April 2023 at a median sales price of about $1.1 million.

In April 2024, 106 condos were sold at a median sales price of $962,500 in comparison to the 90 condos sold at around $888,000 in April 2023.

“Maui’s single-family home and condominium market remains strong, with both sales volume and median prices experiencing significant growth in April. These trends, coupled with a rise in new listings, indicate a healthy market with continued demand for Maui real estate,” said Steve Baker, RAM President.

Reports said single-family homes and condos were on the market for a median of 112 days.
