OneroRx acquires 2 in-clinic pharmacies
West Des Moines-based OneroRx Inc. has acquired Bert’s Pharmacy in Hastings, Neb., and Touhy Family Pharmacy in Chicago. With the two new in-clinic pharmacies, OneroRx now operates nine in-clinic or hospital-based pharmacies. “We are dedicated to keeping health care local,” OneroRx CEO and President Joseph Dunham II said in a prepared statement. “These acquisitions will allow us to continue serving local patients in conjunction with independent local providers.” Bert’s Pharmacy, which has been providing services for over 75 years, is located inside the Family Medical Center of Hastings and represents OneroRx’s initial entry into Nebraska. Touhy Family Pharmacy has been operating for over 10 years and is OneroRx’s third location in Chicago. OneroRx is a regional provider of pharmacy and telepharmacy services, pharmaceutical products, supplements and medical supplies to patients in underserved communities. It currently operates 66 pharmacies in seven states, including in-clinic or hospital-based pharmacies, telepharmacies, long-term care pharmacies, a durable medical equipment store and a regional compounding pharmacy.

Summer is just around the corner and the spring sports season is nearing its conclusion which means each and every meet matters to build momentum towards qualifying for state. The FKC invitational took place at Overton Golf Course on April 30 with Wilcox-Hildreth and Axtell in attendance along with six other schools. The Falcons placed sixth with a stroke score of 384, while the Wildcats placed eighth with a stroke score of 674.
