A path of Mass destruction leaves multiple people dead from this weekend's severe weather.

Oklahoma – M ultiple people were killed in a tornado outbreak in Oklahoma Saturday night. The National Weather S ervice reported that several large and extremely dangerous tornadoes were on the ground. Oklahoma governor K evin S titt issued an emergency disaster declaration. He will be touring storm damage in the Murray County towns of Sulphur and Holdenville .

Joplin, MO – J oplin authorities are blaming the rainy conditions for a semi-truck jack-knifing onto the median of highway 2 49. It happened just before five Sunday morning just north of i- 44. Authorities say the semi was traveling south with a 13,000-pound load when it went onto the median. No one was hurt.

Joplin, MO – P rotesters gathered in downtown J oplin on Saturday . they were protesting the death of 2 -year-old C lesslynn C rawford who was killed on March 2022. C lesslynn was killed during an incident in which several area law enforcement agencies responded. The 2 -year-old was shot by a Joplin officer who has only been identified as S niper O ne. P rotesters are asking for the name of the officer who shot C lesslynn to be released.
