HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The last of three suspects has been sentenced in a neglect case involving the death of a special needs patient in 2020.

Court documents show Glenda Fields accepted a plea agreement and was sentenced to two years probation. In the agreement, Fields pleaded guilty to one charge of neglect of a dependent.

Fields was one of the caretakers charged in connection to the death of Robin Phillips. Two other caretakers, Victoria Brown and Latavia Booker had their sentences suspended to probation after agreeing to plea deals.
