'Waterloo's coming back'
MONROE — Andrew Shaw has heard the rumors. He guarantees Waterloo Elementary School will reopen after a one-year pause for the 2024-25 school year. Shaw, Monroe Public Schools’ superintendent, held a second meeting for parents May 28, to talk about the renovations at Waterloo, which include a new secure entrance and restroom upgrades.
