Climb the stairs at Sunday School in the Post District, and you’ll find Understudy, the neighborhood’s newest bar. It’s a place built for lingering. Drinks come in two lists—one with alcohol and one without—so everyone at the table gets something thoughtful in their glass. Fun Fact: The gin and whiskey in the “without” list are made in-house and are super unique! Natural wine lovers will feel right at home, too. The kitchen deserves its own spotlight.
