VHS names 2023 Homecoming King, Queen
VALDOSTA – At halftime, Valdosta High School named the 2023 Homecoming King and Queen during last weeks game against Deerfield Beach. Valdosta High School Senior, Canardia Berrian, was named the 2023 Homecoming Queen during halftime of the Deerfield Beach Bucks vs. Valdosta Wildcats football game on Friday, September 15, 2023. Jay Ball was named the 2023 Homecoming King during the VHS Pep Rally earlier that day on the campus of Valdosta High School.

Vikings tickets on sale for Winnersville
LOWNDES, CO. – Winnersville tickets are on sale to see the Vikings play against the Wildcats in the region opener at Cleveland Field. After an open week, our Vikings will return to play on Friday, October 6, 2023 when they will travel across the county to open region play against rival Valdosta High. Kickoff is set for 8:00 pm on Cleveland Field. This will be the Region 1-7A opener for both teams.

Volleyball Welcomes West Georgia and Valdosta State for Weekend Slate

MaxPreps National High School Football Record Book: Massillon Washington could join Valdosta in third place on undefeated seasons list
Two of high school football's most storied programs opened the season against each other in August with Washington (Massillon, Ohio) beating all-time wins leader Valdosta (Ga.) 28-17. Should Washington (6-0) run the table this season, the Tigers would join Valdosta in a tie for third place on the list of schools with the most undefeated seasons, which is the latest addition to the MaxPreps National High School Football Record Book.
