Mexican eatery opens in Guilderland’s Hamilton Square

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Tacos Diablo has opened its second restaurant location in the Capital Region. The Mexican eatery had its grand opening in Guilderland’s Hamilton Square at 2080 Western Avenue on May 1.

Owner and Chef Dominic Giuliano started Tacos Diablo in 2020 as a food trailer in East Chatham. The brand has now expanded to also include a food truck, a restaurant in Nassau, and now another restaurant in Guilderland.

The Tacos Diablo menu features street tacos, burritos, “bowlritos,” salads, and quesadillas filled with pollo verde, carnitas, barbacoa, chorizo or calabacin and topped with salsas and other toppings. You can also order tamales, elote, beans and rice, and chips with salsa and guacamole. You can view the full menu on the Tacos Diablo website .
