Drive will be held behind Fire Station 1 on 9th Street. – The Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services Department is hosting a blood drive with Vitalant on June 20 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 900 Park, behind Fire Station 1 on 9th Street. A fire burning in a trash can enclosure in San Luis Obispo scorched the rafters of a home on Sunday evening before firefighters arrived and put out the blaze. Shortly before 8 p.m., a caller reported a fire at 1279 Bond Street. Firefighters arrived to find the trash cans and enclosure ablaze.
