It’s MrBeast’s birthday, but he’s bringing the gifts for us

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — MrBeast turns 26 on Tuesday but he’s the one who is bringing all the gifts.

In posts he made Tuesday morning to his Twitter, Instagram and other social media accounts, MrBeast announced he is giving away 26 Teslas, one of them a Cybertruck) to his followers as a way to celebrate his birthday.

Wow, and we didn’t even get him a gift.

It sounds pretty simple to get in on the giveaway. You can go to his Instagram page, like the post about his birthday and tag two friends to enter. Rules, terms and conditions can be found within the post.

The post had over 1.5 million views in about an hour after he posted it.

“Make sure you’re following so I can dm you if you win a Tesla! Winners will be announced in 7 days, share this your to your story and help your friends win a Tesla lol,” MrBeast said in the post.

He’s marking his birthday in several ways. In a Twitter post, he listed how many views he’s gotten on his YouTube account for every year he’s been alive and posting. He got 15,000 views when he was 12 but only 7,000 when he was 13.

Luckily, he bounced back and had over 32 billion views during the 366 days after his 25th birthday (we had a Leap Year day in February). It’s his biggest increase since he went from just over 3 million to just over 8 million between his 21st and 22nd birthday.

And, in true MrBeast fashion, he’s staying busy. The City of Greenville posted on Facebook on Monday that “a film production in the Sugg Parkway industrial area” would be going on this week. That’s the same area where his new warehouse is located.

The post reads, “As part of film production in the Sugg Parkway industrial area, residents of Pitt and surrounding counties may hear explosives throughout the week of May 6th – 10th. Members of Greenville Fire/Rescue will be present for the production, and there is no threat to the public.”
