Madisonville Mayor pleads guilty to Reckless Driving and Speeding
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WEVV) — The mayor of Madisonville was in court on Monday after a run-in with the Kentucky State Police. Back in March, Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton was pulled over going 102 MPH in a 70 MPH on the Pennyrile Parkway, according to KSP. At the time of the traffic stop, officials said that Cotton was driving a city vehicle.
