Alex White, the owner of Sweet’s Turkey BBQ, says that their methods trace back to decades-old smoked and fried turkey recipes from his father.
After years of hard work, they finally opened their food truck in 2021.
Their turkey is smoked for 3-5 hours, chopped and served with five different flavors of barbecue. Those flavors are Smoked, Cajun smoked, Jerk, Hawaiian and Curry
White says that unlike pork which breaks down and falls apart more easily when prepared; turkey absorbs more flavor.
