Saratoga County resident Anthony Stefanacci, of Saratoga Springs, died by suicide on Friday, May 10, according to the Ballston Lake EMS. Man charged in plane stalking pleads guilty
A Schuylerville man accused of stalking a woman with his plane has pleaded guilty. Michael J. Arnold, 65, was arrested in October after police said he violated an order of protection that prohibited him from contacting a woman that he had been accused of stalking. Arnold had sent messages from a fake Facebook account to the woman.
Saratoga Springs woman gets probation, community service for child assault
A Saratoga Springs woman was sentenced to five years of probation for assaulting a 7-year-old child last year. Gloria Rhodes, 51, was arrested on May 19 after a staff member at an elementary school reported that the child came to school complaining of arm pain, police said. That child was taken to Saratoga Hospital and later to Albany Medical Center for treatment.
