Drivers still adjusting to new 2nd Street layout
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Drivers are still adjusting to the newly re-configured Kentucky 351, or 2nd Street, coming in and out of downtown Henderson. That adjustment consists of a little confusion, which is carrying into a busy morning commute for Henderson County Schools' first day of the school year. The new 2nd Street has been in its current state since the beginning of August, but drivers are still getting used to the new layout.
