A dangerous severe weather outbreak is expected to impact the South this Saturday and Sunday, bringing the threat of tornadoes, damaging winds, large hail and intense lightning. West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey hosted Riley Gaines Wednesday as he signed Riley Gaines Act into law, codifying definitions of “man” and “woman” into state law.
