Carriage Road Takes A Step Toward Reconstruction
Carriage Road now has an agreement behind it, but it does not yet have a construction award or an approved roundabout. Powell City Council authorized a cooperative agreement September 15 with Liberty Township and Delaware County to seek state infrastructure funding for reconstruction between Liberty Road and Wren Way.
