LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Lake Charles’ housing market will be the weakest in the U.S. this year, a risk management firm predicts. Veros Real Estate Solutions' 2025 forecast ranked 328 U.S. metropolitan statistical areas by the predicted strength of their housing markets over the next 12 months.
