44-year-old man dead in Grand Blanc after Saturday incident
GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJRT)- Police say one person was found dead inside the home following a domestic disturbance call on Saturday. According to a release from Grand Blanc Township Police, officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of South Dort Highway at 1:30 PM for a domestic disturbance involving a firearm.

A tragic motorcycle accident claimed the life of a 75-year-old Flint man in Lapeer County last Saturday. The Lapeer County Sheriff's deputies were quickly dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Barnes and Silverwood Road in North Branch at approximately 2:33 p.m., reported WNEM. FLINT, MI – A competency evaluation has been ordered for a man accused by authorities of hitting and killing a pedestrian with a vehicle and driving away from the scene. Jeffrey Thomas Young, 55, was scheduled for a probable cause conference before Genesee County District Court Judge Jennifer J. Manley on Thursday, May 9, where the defendant was referred to the Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Saline for evaluation.
