FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A warrant was issued Tuesday for a 21-year-old Roanoke woman accused of battering a 2-year-old boy last November. Alivia Hicks was the child’s primary caretaker, according to a probable cause affidavit written by Fort Wayne Police Officer Michelle Brown. FWFD investigates fire on Fort Wayne’s east side
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Fort Wayne Fire Department (FWFD) responded to a house fire on the city’s east side on Monday morning.
