Andy Brim to be named head coach of Webster City football
KQWC Radio learned on Friday morning that Andy Brim will be named the next head football coach of the Webster City Lynx for the 2024 season, pending school board approval. Brim, a Webster City native, had just finished his 17th season with the program, serving as defensive coordinator, and will be taking over for the outgoing Hall-of-Famer Bob Howard.

Ten bids were opened for a three-year cash rent agreement on farm land owned by the county at the Dec. 4 meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors.
