MEDFORD, Ore. – "The wage proposal that Providence gave us was actually an ultimatum,” says Vicki Knudsen, a registered nurse at Providence Medford and the bargaining unit chair for ONA nurses at the campus. “The wages they proposed don't raise us to the market value or keep us in line with Rogue Regional. It still leaves us behind other Providence hospitals like we have been for the last three contracts."
