Joe's Oyster Bar & Grill owners not renewing lease for Rosenberg restaurant
A Southeast Texas seafood joint is making an exit from the Greater Houston area. Joe's Oyster Bar & Grill at 535 Minonite Road in Rosenberg will be permanently closing. The owners announced the news on Facebook on Wednesday, saying that they made the "difficult decision" to not renew their lease and will be closing on Nov. 20.
