Ontario officers have arrested four suspects for attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime, according to the Ontario Police Department. On April 25, two victims were at a bank in the 11000 block of E. Fourth Street in Rancho Cucamonga. As they withdrew cash, one of the victims noticed a subject in line, later identified as Dilan Cansino, who was watching them intently.
