SHAMOKIN- Sugar Valley Lady Phoenix had a tough draw on Monday afternoon with their trip to District IV 4A title contenders Shamokin. Sugar Valley was outmatched from the beginning against a 15-win Lady Indians team. Shamokin would score just two runs in each of their first two at bats, but a monster 11-run bottom of the third inning would spell the end of the contest and force a 15-0 mercy rule loss.
