Light Rain and Drizzle Possible for Halloween Trick-or-Treating in Ohio Including Dayton, Springfield, and Troy With No Soaking Rain Expected Saturday Night
OHIO — Halloween across the Miami Valley will not bring widespread or soaking rain, though a few areas of drizzle or light rain are possible by the evening. Dry air in place across the region is expected to eat up much of the moisture moving in, keeping rain light and spotty. This is not a high-impact event, and there is no need to cancel trick-or-treating or other Halloween plans.

A Spooky Shift in the Forecast
CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Nice... for now! We’re enjoying another stretch of mild, dry weather across the Tri-State, but big changes are brewing as November approaches. Today marks our 11th consecutive day without measurable rain, and most neighborhoods could make it to 15 before rain returns Sunday. That would tie our longest dry stretch of 2026, which ended Sept. 4.
