Promenade Shops at Centerra has been sold: Here's what's ahead for Loveland retail center
The Promenade Shops at Centerra , an open-air shopping center on the northeast corner of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34, has been sold to Wisconsin-based Galway Companies. This is Galway's first Colorado acquisition, according to a news release from the company, which says it aims to make it "a destination to be proud to be part of." Galway says it is committed to a significant reinvestment in the property. This will include attracting new tenants and upgrades to the property, like fresh landscaping and signage and adding new events, said Dante de la Rosa, marketing coordinator with Galway. So how will Galway try to attract the stores Northern Coloradans want to see, when they currently have to shop online or drive to Denver-area malls? Modernization of the property and elevating it will help attract those tenants, along with marketing in general, de la Rosa said, and Galway will work to make the spaces more appealing to the tenants looking to expand, de la Rosa said. But Galway also wants to make it a place where people can be together as a community, he said. Galway paid $55 million to buy the property, officially owned by Promenade Shops - 10220472

It's hard to give that up," Siggers said on a recent Sunday morning, taking in the view from the city's Fossil Creek Park.
