ASHTABULA, Ohio (WOIO) - Two 16-year-old boys are behind bars for allegedly shooting a 17-year-old boy twice, the Ashtabula Police Department confirmed. Governor DeWine paid a visit to Warren on Thursday to announce about $50 million in state grants for economic development projects in Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties.
