ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Geneva residents on drug and child endangerment charges.

According to OCSO, on April 15, Joequell Solomon,30, and Emily Kerr,23, were arrested by the deputies after investigators said they possessed around 100 counterfeit Oxycodone pills that they intended to sell in the Town of Phelps. Investigators said they conducted a field test on the pills and determined that they contained Fentanyl.

The OCSO said Solomon and Kerr were charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child as there was a child
in the vehicle at the time they possessed the narcotics.

According to deputies both defendants were later arraigned in Ontario County Court and released without posting bail.
