North Dakota Stockmen’s Association’s Spring Roundups set for June 3, 5-6 and 10-12
The North Dakota Stockmen’s Association (NDSA) will be hosting its 2024 Spring Roundup series, “Swing for the Fences,” June 3, 5, 6, 10, 11 and 12 in Golden Valley, Watford City, Crosby, Strasburg, Cooperstown and Havana, N.D. The Spring Roundups serve as the organization’s district meetings and will include socials, suppers, informational programs, NDSA Nominating Committee meetings and local brand inspector meetings.

Two people injured in Richland County Crash
RICHLAND COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Two people have been taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo after a vehicle went off a road. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says the crash took place around 8:23 p.m., Thursday, May 9. The driver has been identified as 21-year-old Gabriel Schroeder. According to the crash report, Schroeder went off the road on County Road 81, jumping the embankment with the intersection at 61st Street SE.

Mooreton fail-to-yield collision, one truck in flames
MOORETON, N.D. (KFGO) – A crash with serious injury occurred two miles north of Mooreton, ND yesterday afternoon just after 2 PM. Barry Raftevold, a 67-year-old man from Wahpeton, ND, was driving a pickup truck on County Road 1 while a second truck, driven by 29-year-old Bryan Ford from Mooreton, ND, was traveling eastbound on 77th Street SE.
