Fort Stevenson invites you to fly high at Sky Fest

GARRISON, N.D. ( KXNET ) — Fort Stevenson is already making plans for Memorial Day weekend, and they’re hoping you can join them.

From May 25-27, you can bring your kite and participate in Sky Fest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Kite flyers of all ages are welcome to help decorate the sky and professional flyers will also be bringing in some of the largest kites in production.

In addition to standard flying, activities will take place each day during the weekend — including building your own kite to join in the festivities.

Park admission still applies, but admission to Sky Fest is free. There is a $7 vehicle entrance fee unless you already have an annual pass displayed.
