Christopher Honsberger, 32, Archbold, appeared for sentencing on charges of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that he enroll in the SEARCH program, if accepted.

Denzel Winkler, 30, Wauseon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he serve nine days in jail with credit for nine days served while his case was pending and receive treatment from Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio. Three counts of strangulation, second-, third- and fourth-degree felonies, were dismissed as part of the plea negotiations.

Ronald Kruizenga Jr., 33, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.

Adelina Rosalez, 23, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.

An indictment against Michael Fouty, 71, Wauseon, for 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony, was dismissed.
