Constable Mark Herman's Office deputies spotted the alarming scene on May 22, 2024, during a patrol in the 12900 block of Blackpool Lane. Instead of pulling over when officers initiated a stop, the driver, Edin Cac-Che, hit the gas, sparking a hectic pursuit, according to a recent Facebook post by the Constable's Office.
