Reedley Shootings Appear Random, Detectives Continue to Investigate Possible Motive. June 8, 2023 - Fresno County Sheriff's Office officials report that at 9:34 p.m. on Tuesday, Reedley Police received a report of a man with a gun walking near 11th St. and North Ave. Moments later, a similar report was called in near 13th and F Streets. As officers responded, a call came in of a woman suffering from a gunshot wound on the 100 block of S. East Ave. As officers and EMS tended to her, a report was made of a man with a gunshot wound on the 800 block of E. Evening Glow Ave. Sheriff's deputies who were responding to the area performed CPR on the man, but he died at the scene.
