Additionally, a Heritage Award will be presented to Fernando Costilla, a Latino community lifetime leader.

The festival goal is to raise money for scholarships for Latino students from Ross High School. Three students will again be selected.

The festival location has been moved since it was first announced it would take place in the amphitheater.
